Thanks for the reminder. We'll get the briefing set up shortly.
On the press reporting, we carefully monitor the various stages of the litigation which are likely to give rise to press
interest and are usually able to flag potential coverage in advance to the Board. The article you refer to below was
unexpected at the time, given that it was specialist press and came some time after the hearing referred to. It was
also not completely accurate!
Fortunately, there has been little coverage of the case since.
We will be in touch soon regarding the briefing.
