Dear Sirs
Post Office Limited -v- Mr Terence Walters
Claim No: 3YU26462
We write further to the previous Consent Order dated 29 January 2014. The parties agreed to stay the claim
for a period of six months. In accordance with that Order we are writing to request that the Court provide a
further stay of six months. By way of background for the Court, the Defendant has submitted to a wider
mediation scheme together with other similar cases. It is considered that being part of that scheme is
beneficial as it may resolve the issues between the parties without the need for further litigation. In light of the
on-going consideration of the scheme the parties would be grateful if the Court could order a further stay of six
months in order to allow completion of process to finish on the same terms as the previous order.
We confirm that we have written and sent a copy of this letter to the Defendant's solicitors who we understand
will be writing separately to the Court to confirm their agreement to a further stay.
Yours faithfully
Bond Dickinson LLP
