All further proceedings in this action are stayed for a period of six months,
specifically to include a general extension of time for service of a defence and
any counterclaim subject to 28 days' notice

After six months the Claimant shall write to the Court to update the Court on the
progress with the Claim and advise:

a. Whether the claim has settled; or
b. Whether a further period of stay is needed; or
c. If the parties seek directions from the Court.

Either party may apply to lift the stay prior to this on giving 14 days written notice
to the other party.
There be no Order for Costs.
