We write further to our letter of 27 September 2018, in which we explained that 3,886 of the Peak entries
were responsive to privileged keyword search terms and were being manually reviewed for privilege.
These documents have now been reviewed for privilege and a disclosure list containing all of these
document is enclosed. Fours document have been redacted on the basis that they contain references to
privileged material. The contents of these documents have been reviewed by the legal representative
with control of the disclosure process.
Advanced Discovery shall be in contact with Elevate to arrange for inspection to be provided.
