Objectives of the Demonstrator Stream
The objectives of the demonstrator stream are:
Requirements
e to clarify the requirements with the three suppliers
and ensure that they have a valid understanding of
these requirements
e to identify deficiencies in the requirements and to
feed these back to the BA/POCL requirements team for
resolution
Solutions
e to explore and understand the supplier’s solutions
and to identify issues and risks associated with
their solutions (input to Service Provider Risk
Register)
e to provide a process to allow suppliers to reduce
their Risks
Assessment
e to assess the supplier’s solutions as input to the
overall Evaluation process
e to provide confidence to the stakeholders in the
supplier’s solutions
