Fujitsu Services provides services to Post Office Limited under an agreement dated
28/07/99 (the “Agreement”). CCN1200 varied and restated the Agreement and

CCN1265a introduced a new baseline set of Clauses and Schedules to the
Agreement which had been amended to reflect matters agreed in CCNs approved
between 31/12/2008 and 08/06/09 and a number of amendments to change all
Schedules and Clauses to version 6.0.
CCN1280 introduced a new baseline set of Clauses and Schedules to the Agreement
which had been amended to reflect matters agreed in CCNs approved between
08/06/09 and 17/04/2010 and a number of amendments to change all Schedules and
Clauses to version 7.0
This CCN1294d introduces a new baseline set of Clauses and Schedules to the
Agreement, to reflect amendments made by those CCNs approved between
17/04/2010 and 27/12/2011 inclusive. (Attachment 1 lists the CCNs which have been
applied in this new baseline and the schedules they affected) and a number of
amendments to address contract anomalies and updates required following the
completion of Project HNG-X.

For the avoidance of doubt, this CCN1294d includes changes to Schedule D1, Annex
B such that the Operational Charge table now reflects the prices with RPI applied in
accordance with CCN1303 and other agreed CCNs. The RPI adjustments have been
made in two stages; firstly RPI has been applied where applicable to the Charges in
version 7.0 of the Clauses and Schedules (in line with CCN1303), and secondly RPI is
applied to any new Charges introduced in CCNs approved between 17/04/2010 and
31/03/2011.
Additionally, this CCN 1294d introduces an updated CCD List (COM/CUS/SPE/0001).
The set of amended Clauses, Schedules and CCDs introduced by this CCN shall
constitute the baseline version of the Agreement, and the Schedules and CCDs
thereto.

“Fujitsu Services shall include on each invoice for
Operational Business Change additional invoice details.
A summary will be issued to the Post Office Ltd Property
Projects Central Admin Team each month to facilitate
checking. Full supporting information will be supplied in
spreadsheet form, showing at least the Change Control
Number, BC, change type completed, the date that the
change was completed, the number of counters affected,
details of any additional charges, and the total cost of
each individual change.
At the end of June, September, December and March,
the summaries for the preceding three months will be
amalgamated, and a total invoice value derived. A credit
will then be applied to this invoice value, equivalent to
25% of the prepayment amounts applicable to that
Financial Year detailed below:
