Just to let you all know, Mr Thomas was sentenced to 9 months in jail on
Monday. He was also ordered to pay costs and is his finances are now
subject to further investigation.

Thank you for your help with this case. Mr Thomas was not expecting a
custodial sentence and although not a particularly lengthy sentence, it
does send out the right message.
