Dear All
The trial date’ of Seema Misra has been changed and now,commences on Monday 21st June.
This is because a number of witnesses were unavailable for the 1st June date.
The defence have still not indicated which witnesses they require to attend court so
currently everyone is a warned witness at this time. This means that any of you could
be called to give evidence from the 21st June until the 28th June. JI hope that
nearer the trial date the defence will have a definitive list of witnesses they
require and some of you may be able to be stood down. Until’this is known please keep
your diaries free for this period.
Penny Thomas - Can you inform Gareth Jenkins, Andy Dunks and Ian Venables of the new
trial date and that they may be required to attend court during the 7 day trial.
Can I ask you all to please to confirm by e-mail that you can attend this new trial
date.
