Charles,

As promised, attached is a (zipped) spreadsheet that you can use to lookup Product Information.
<<EPOSSProducts.zip>>

I've left all the Product details in there. However the key columns that you'll find useful are:

1. Col A: Which is the Product Id (and so corresponds to the transaction logs)

2. Col Z: Which is the Product's “long name” which hopefully is fairly meaningful

I've left the remaining Product data in the spreadsheet in case it subsequently proves to be of use, but won't attempt to
explain it at this time.

I've also had a look to see what we sent you in the transaction logs.

The CD should have included a separate zip file for each month and in each zip file there should have been 3 of 4 files:
1. 1 to dd MMM yy.xis

2. BQ 1 to dd MMM yy.xis

3. Events 1 to dd MMM yy.xis

4, XXXXxxxx.xml

where dd is last day of month, MMM is 3 char month name, yy is Year and xxxxxxx is fairly meaningless!

(I'm not sure if we included item 1 on the version we sent you since Item 1 is a subset of the info in item 2 and so can be
ignored.)

Item 2 is the log of all transactions during the month. The column headings are as follows:

COL Heading (in Row 5) Meaning

not bothered to delete).

Entry Methods are:
0 = Barcode,
1 = Keyboard/Screen (Manual),
2 = Magnetic Card,

3 = Smart Card,

4 = Fallback from Chip and PIN,

5 = Scales

Item 3 provides details of Business Events during the month. The column headings are as follows:

LogoutAuthority If User logged Out by another user, this is the username of the User doing the Forced Log Out
SecurityEvent_User Not Used?

Item 4 is the raw log in xml format from which the spreadsheets have been extracted by our audit tools. It is not easy to read
and very large.

Hopefully this covers what you need.

Happy to discuss further on Monday.

Gareth
