Please find enclosed an amended Indictment proposed by Counsel. Although there
may be some changes regarding the exact wording could you please let me have your
views on Counsel's draft

Naturally you will see that the wording in Count 1 has been amended extending the
period of the theft. In addition specimen false accounting has been added.

Counsel! has prepared this Indictment to see whether or not she accepts falsification or
whether she contends that she completed the documents accurately.

In addition to the above Counsel has asked whether or not there is any evidence of
lifestyle eg debts, extravagance etc to illustrate where the money went,
