needed from Khanna in the event of a trial formally producing the exhibit mentioned.

I am returning the Giro Credit Books and Deposit Book to you for safe keeping. I
have not forwarded same to Counsel in its original form. If necessary they can be
handed to Counsel at Conference or at Court.

I am also enclosing for your sight a copy of the letter received from the Defence
Solicitors. I would be grateful for your comments thereon. I note that it is still the
case that we intend to proceed to confiscation.
