On 5 April 2006 I went to the home address of the above defendant
and served two summonses on her. There is a third summons
outstanding to be served but due to an error at the court was not
received. The offence date on that summons is 1%' February 2006.
This is currently being rectified by the court and will immediately be
served upon receipt.
Enclosed is a copy of the summons served along with Form
CS033, antecedents. A copy of the further summons will be
forwarded in due course.
