The above named Defendant appeared at Basildon Crown Court on 18 August
2006.

The Defendant pleaded not guilty to the three count Indictment.
The Court gave the following directions:-
1 All additional evidence to be served by 8 September 2006.

2 A paginated copy of the Exhibit Bundle to be served on the Defence by 8
September 2006.

3 Defence Statement to be served by 22 September 2006.

4 Case to be listed for a Pre-Trial Review in the week commencing 23 October
2006 (Defendant to attend).

Although the case was listed for trial on a date in December 2006 the matter was
back before the Court on 22 August 2006 to reconsider, as one witness was not
available. This case is now Warned for trial week commencing 22 January 2007.
Please ensure all witness are notified of the above date and warned that they may
be required to attend Court on any day within two weeks from 22 January 2007.

The Defendant was granted unconditional bail.
