The above named Defendant attended Southend Magistrates Court on the
8'" May 2006. The prosecution was conducted by our Agents Messrs Sheldons
Jenkins, 315 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 2PP
and the Defendant was also represented.
The Defendant pleaded Not Guilty to all 3 charges. On hearing the facts of the
case the Magistrates declined jurisdiction and the case was adjourned for
committal proceedings to take place on the 3° July 2006 at 9.45am. The
Defendant was granted unconditional bail.

statements and exhibits and let me have a copy as soon as possible.
