The above case was listed for hearing on 20" November 2009.

The case was listed at the request of the prosecution as documentation awaited from
the Defence had not been forthcoming. It transpires the documentation had been
forwarded to this Office prior to the above hearing and that further time was needed
to examine the further documentation and provide a response.

The Judge ordered that the case remain listed on 14" December 2009 for a Mention
with a view to fixing a new trial date.

In the circumstances, please obtain updated dates to avoid for a 6 month period from
January 2010.

I enclose a copy of a letter from the Defence dated 16" November 2009 enclosing
receipts relating to Mrs Holmes accounts. A Conference with Counsel will need to be
arranged once you have had an opportunity to look at this documentation, therefore, I
would be grateful if you could provide details of your availability to our Agents in order
for the necessary arrangements to be made for the Conference.
