I am the person named above and I am employed by Post Office Ltd, part of the Royal Mail Group
Plc, as an Investigator based in Swindon, Wiltshire. Part of my responsibilities is to investigate

suspected criminal offences against our business and its clients.

On Wednesday 20 April 2011, I was present in the conference room at Eastleigh Post Office when

Mr Graham Brander, Post Office Ltd Investigator conducted a tape-recorded interview with Mrs

Lynette Hutchings. The interview ran from 11.23 hrs to 13.40 hrs and comprised of three master
tapes, reference 073451, 073452 & 073453, which I identify as items GDB/5, GDB/6 & GDB/7
