Dear Martin

Committal to Portsmouth Crown Court took place as anticipated. The defence representative accepted there was
a prima facie case and that it seemed the papers had been served even though she was told otherwise. She
checked the original A/D so was contented with the s.6(2). So was the DJ who we appeared in front of (DJ
Arnold).

No plea was indicated. I served the copy set of papers on the court. A Directions form was completed and I will
send this to you by "snail mail" with a with compliments slip.

The case is due up at the Crown Court on the 30.7.12 at 10am for the PCMH. She is bailed unconditionally to
be there for 9.30am.

I shall render my invoice direct to Jarnal.
