Ihave left the RM legal file on your desk.
The papers in the plastic wallets were provided by Alison Bolsover in Chesterfield at the time that the business (i.e. POL)
was considering commencing proceedings to recover financial losses from Mr Walters. This has never been progressed
because of the MP queries raised. I expect these papers to be duplicates of those held by Bond Pearce, but I see no
reason why they could not be provided to Second Sight.
Bond Pearce are sending through what they have on this case. This will include the security file.
