The above case was heard at Newcastle Crown Court on the 4" September 2009.
Counsel attended to prosecute represented by our Agents.

It was indicated to the Court that the basis of plea offered to the Crown was rejected
that being that the Defendant accepted false accounting but not theft.

The Court were advised that the Crown may add further charges of false accounting
to the Indictment.

The case was adjourned to week commencing 14" December 2009 for Trial. Any
further evidence is to be served by the 14" October 2009.

I understand that a Conference has been arranged with Counsel for the 25"
September 2009.
