Speaking to Robert Daily. We discussed the statement of Khanna and documents
mentioned in his statement. Agreed that the documents will need to be exhibited
and explained. RD will obtain a further statement in due course.
RD would also send in cheque books which Counsel would like to see.
I mentioned that I would hold fire on serving the additional statements until after the
hearing on Monday and bearing in mind we are still awaiting documents from the
Alliance and Leicester.
