We refer to the above matter and advise that we now requite sight of the following documentation:

1) Our client informs us that he ordeted currency by telephoning an operative in Hemel Hempstead.
Could you please confirm whether the Post Office have any particular policy with regard to ordering
currency and, in particular, whether a form needs to be completed. If so, could we please have a copy
of the form.

2) When currency arrived at the Post Office it was accompanied by a cover sheet which detailed rates for
the currency. Please provide copies of the cover sheets issued for the indictment petiod together with

details of how the rates were calculated.

3) Could you kindly provide us with a copy of the ‘Operator’s Manual’ for the Forde Moneychanger in use
at Rugeley Post Office during the indictment period.

4) Could you please provide us with a copy of the procedure issued to auditors which should be followed

) during a ‘typical audit’.
