This was Alice's recollection of what was agreed at the meeting last week, and I just
wanted to check that this was aligned with your view and check we haven't missed
anything
We would find a forensic accountant with good people skills and ask them to look at
each case, talk to the subpostmaster, see the records and files, and look at how the
software is validated.
At the same time JA would reconvene his group of MPs and we would offer to take them
through a similar meeting to the one JA and OL came to looking at their individual
cases. we would also put the proposal of a forensic accountant and the Deloittes
review to them. The meeting is likely to be second half of june. Paula you would be
attending, not sure about Alice.
As well as this I have agreed with Michele graves that if any new MP horizon cases
come in she will bring them to me, so that we can try to close the loop.
JA's PA has contacted Alice/Glenda to start to organise this meeting. I am happy to
attend to support you Paula and take some discreet notes.
