I write further to the hearing on the 7" February when the case was committed to the
Winchester Crown Court for a Plea and Case Management Hearing on the 12" March
2007.

I would be grateful if you could attend to the following regarding the non sensitive
unused schedule. Regarding item 1 Cash Accounts and Trading Statements could a
statement be provided to produce these, I will serve these as Additional Evidence.

Regarding entry 7 could this be deleted regarding entries 9 and 10 could you please
expand on the information provided to refer to the nature of the various
correspondence and regarding 10 the items of Post Office accounting documents

A revised schedule should be forwarded as soon as possible.
