Please find attached an e-mail which I have received from my colleague, Fernando Rodrigues. Mr.
Ishaq pleaded guilty on the second day of trial and a POCA timetable has been set.

In due course we will apply for costs. I anticipate that Fujitsu will have submitted invoices relating to
the assistance which Gareth Jenkins has provided and I would be grateful if copies could be sent
through to me. I understand that Steve Bradshaw will update the investigation costs schedule.
