I have spoken with Martin Smith of Cartwright King He said he has already discussed this with you and
have apologised for the oversight on their part. He understand that the case was listed for hearing
on Monday 29th July 2013 whilst Cartwright King were out of the office at our annual meeting
during the afternoon of Friday 27th July 2013.

Morning Jarnail,
Yesterday I became aware, via the press, that a confiscation hearing had taken place at Bradford Crown Court without
my knowledge or involvement (Ishaq). As this is my case for POCA I was very disappointed to find that Simon Clarke of
Cartwright Kings had attended without informing me that the hearing had been listed, despite asking for updates
after submitting my S16 Statement.
Could you please confirm what the communication agreement is with Cartwright Kings as I am concerned that this
