NOTES/AGREED POINTS
1. Change Control Note 2 (Live Trial Increase from 60-200)
It was agreed that this could be dealt with separately from the other change requested at the same
time (relating to a change-in the start date of national go live.) This change tequest will be
progressed, whereas the change to the start date will be discussed further.
2. Agreements to Agree
It was agreed that it was necessary to agree a process to document the conclusion of Agreements
to Agree. Given time pressures it may not be possible to agree the process at this stage, although (
the process would have to be agreed by the 15th of November. «
3. Schedule A06
It was noted that the paper listing changes to this Schedule would be brought to the CNT in the
week.commencing 7 October: .
4. PDA Test manager
It was noted that the PDA had named its Test Manager.
Ss. Clarification of Note 2.3 (f) in the CNT’s Notes 22/08/96
It was confirmed that this related to incorporation of generic acceptance criteria.
6. Change to Requirements.

7. Change Control Notes
The ten CCNs listed in point-2.3 of the CNT notes dated 22.08.96 were then discussed. Pathway
added two further CCNS numbered 11 and 12 below. The CCNs'were as follows:

8. CARS
Pathway tabled a note containing the ten most urgent CARS, These issues are being dealt with
outside the meeting although CNT may need to consider them. It was agreed that CARS should
be'a regular agenda item of CNT meetings until all outstanding ones are dealt with.
9. Acceptance Criteria
JM tabled a first draft of a standard for specifying acceptance criteria. This is being used
internally at Pathway to allow them to specify acceptance criteria from which the tests scripts
will be written. JM also tabled a timetable for preparation of the specific acceptance criteria.
10, Change Control
10.1 Change in.start date of national go live.
Tt was agreed that ten days of work would be associated with this change. Pathway will
meet the costs of this. work for which there will be no extra charge to the Programme.
10.2 General
Generally it was agreed that no “change” implied any amendment in the Related
Agreements: Therefore any changes to the Agreements would have to be written
Specifically.in a Change Control Note.

A letter from JM to PK dated 11 September was discussed. It was agreed that
acceptance criteria schedules would all be based on standard wording. The
contingency schedules (D9 and E9 in the POCL Agreement and D9, E9, F9, G11
in the DSS Agreement) would be inserted but be empty.
An agenda was agreed for the walkthroughs on 23, 24, 25 September as follows:
Dayl - POCL Infrastructuré
Day2 - PAS, CMS. and BES
Day3 - POCL Services
It was agreed that Schedule B3 would have to be discussed during the 3 days. It
was agreed that Schedules B1 and B2 were not of a high: priority and could be
dealt with in walkthroughs in October.
It was agreed that infrastructure roll out Schedules would be dealt with in
October.
