1 Introduction

This document comprises the Acceptance Pack for the Pathway-to-TIP
Interface Acceptance Review. This document will be accompanied by copies
of the documents that have been declared for this segment of Acceptance
Review as identified in ref.(1), the Pathway-to-TIP Interface Acceptance
Reviews Plan.

2 Scope

The documents for review are shown in section 3 together with a note as to
those Acceptance Criteria which reference the document. It should be noted
that the Authorities are not being asked to conduct a document review. The
purpose of this phase is for the Authorities to assure themselves that the
statements made in the various Acceptance Review documents are sufficient
to meet each Acceptance Criterion as stated in ref.(2), the Pathway-to-TIP
Interface Acceptance Specification.

The CONTRACTOR shall support interfaces from TMS
and Outlets to Transaction Information Processing (TIP)

Test Condition

That operational procedures for the support of the ICL
Pathway to TIP Interface are defined.

That the E2E, MOT and DIT test reports contains no
non-conforming entries for ICL Pathway specific
elements relating to the Pathway to TIP Interface as
defined by the TIP AIS

Review Guidance

(20) is not yet supplied. It will be one or more
documents detailing the procedures for the support of
the physical interface, and reviewers will be asked to
observe that procedures are defined.

In (19) reviewers are directed to section 7.1.6,
particularly 7.1.6.4, which records that there where no
incidents on file transfers.

In (18) reviewers are directed to section 6.2.3

6.2.3.1 details that all attempted re-tests were
successful, with two incidents outstanding as KPR
candidates.

8 outstanding TIP incidents are detailed in
6.2.3.2.1.

7 of these had PinlCLs raised, all of which have
been closed.

concludes by saying there were no outstanding
incidents serious enough to be an impediment to
starting E2E & MOT test phases. No outstanding DIT
PinICLs (listed in appendix B) remain open.

Criterion Description I The EPOSS Transaction log and the Transaction data
sent to TIP shall include:

(a) the Authorised Payment Id passed by CAPS to PAS;
(b) the NINO of the Beneficiary, as opposed to any
agent;

(c) the Agency Code provided by CAPS

Test Condition That the Pathway to TIP AIS provides for the above.
