EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF IMPACT ASSESSMENTS:
This CCN is in response to PDA Change Request R0019 to organise the extension of
POCL signing authority for changes as well as introducing extending of Pathway
signing authority.
OVERALL IMPACT ASSESSMENT: _ HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW.
REASON FOR CHANGE:
To facilitate the Change Control process.
DETAILS OF CHANGE:
To add the title of POCL Horizon Programme Director and Pathway Finance Director
to the Authorised Signatories for the purpose of Change Control, in accordance with
Schedule AS (Change Control) of the AUTHORITIES, POCL and DSS Agreements.
PROPOSED REVISION TO WORDING OF AUTHORITIES’ AGREEMENT:
To add the following words in Clause 101.3.1(a) immediately after the words “or the
POCL Head of Programme Development or his successor”:- “or the POCL Horizon
Programme Director or his successor”.
To add the following words in Clause 101.3.1(a) immediately after the words “and by
the Managing Director or his successor’:- “or by the Finance Director or his
successor” on behalf of the CONTRACTOR.
