CP Priorities - Change Management presented figure produced by L Higman regarding the frequency of usage of ‘Fast Track’, ‘ Urgent’ and ‘Routine’ priorities. Change Management
concur that the majority of CPs should be raised as routine and not urgent, and explained some of the discussions with POL and the CCB regarding raising CPs earlier and thus allowing
more time for impactin;

I Morrison requested that CPs with a software element should be part of a release and not ‘Release Independent’. Change Management to challenge all CPs received as
release ‘Not Applicable’ and ensure that the 12.05 club has visibility.
