All,
This is to confirm the actions now in train to respond to the Part Two report.
Email being drafted by Andy Parsons to go to Tony Hooper setting out the Post Office concerns with the report
and requesting a WG discussion on Thursday. This needs to issue by 0900 BST Friday 22 August.
@ One pager to go out to applicants responding to the Report being drafted by Mel C. This will issue in parallel to
the Part Two report. This will form the core script for any public response should the report leak.
¢ Detailed letter to go to all applicants setting out full concerns and faults with the report — Andy Parsons can you
circulate a draft by noon tomorrow.
e Letter to Second Sight setting out Post Office’s dissatisfaction with the process and their concerns with Second
Sight’s work to go from Chris Day. Jonathan Swill is drafting this and anticipates it getting to us this evening.
¢ All to provide urgent comments to Andy Parsons on key issues that we need the detailed response to pick up.
@ Rod are you providing Fujitsu with a copy of the report or shall I get Andy Holt to action?
