POST OFFICE LTD v_ OYETEJU ADEDAYO

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES

"FOR THAT YOU OYETEJU ADEDAYO on 1 June 2005 at
Rainham Road SPOB dishonestly and with a view to gain
for yourself or with intent to cause loss to another
falsified a document required for an accounting
purpose namely a Horizon cash account (final) for
cash account week ending 1 June 2005 by making an
entry therein which was misleading, false or
deceptive in a material particular in that it falsely
purported to show that the cash on hand at the end of
the said week was £56,308.94 when the true figure was
a lesser amount”.

(Contrary to Section 17 (1) (a) of the Theft Act
1968)

"FOR THAT YOU OYETEJU ADEDAYO on 6 July 2005 at
Rainham Road SPOB dishonestly and with a view to gain
for yourself or with intent to cause loss to another
falsified a document required for an accounting
purpose namely a Horizon cash account (final) for
cash account week ending 6 July 2005 by making an
entry therein which was misleading, false or
deceptive in a material particular in that it falsely
purported to show that the cash on hand at the end of
the said week was £59,907.93 when the true figure was
a lesser amount”.

(Contrary to Section 17 (1) (a) of the Theft Act
1968)

"FOR THAT YOU OYETEJU ADEDAYO on 10 August 2005 at
Rainham Road SPOB dishonestly and with a view to gain
for yourself or with intent to cause loss to another
falsified a document required for an accounting
purpose namely a Horizon cash account (final) for
cash account week ending 10 August 2005 by making an
entry therein which was misleading, false or
deceptive in a material particular in that it falsely
purported to show that the cash on hand at the end of
the said week was £67,276.36 when the true figure was
a lesser amount”.

(Contrary to Section 17 (1) (a) of the Theft Act
1968)
