You will recall that we have arranged for Defence and Prosecuting Counsel to
visit the Office at Noon on the 6" November.

The Solicitor acting on behalf of Seema Misra now wishes to attend together
with the Defence Expert Professor Mac Lachlan on the following week either the
41", 12" or 13” November 2009 at a time to suit Vipin Varsani. Please could
you arrange this visit. The first visit between Counsel is to stand.

There might be a Mention on the 20” November 2009 re disclosure depending
on how everybody gets on at the site visits.
