Sorry for the delay in getting this to you I have just found it on one of my many lists
This is the instruction we had from Rodric about suspending civil action on the cases. I agreed with Rodric that we would
freeze any cases with the solicitors, if they were paying then we would take payment but if they stopped we would not
activity pursue.

Alison — I suspect that there will be a number of subpostmasters (current or former) who have raised Horizon issues
directly with the JFSA / Second Sight, and who would not necessarily be known to us.
Simon ~ can we please ask Second Sight for a list of everyone who submitted an issue to them under the “Raising
Concerns with Horizon” agreement we signed with them and JFSA? We need this to ensure we comply with our
obligations under that agreement, specifically that we don’t start taking action against an individual who has raised a
concern until the investigation has been completed.

I have been reviewing the cases we have that state Horizon issues / pending the Second Sight review but there appears
to be gaps on what we have and what cases have been progressed.
lam assuming we need to keep these cases on hold but could you please advise.
The Colic Street case for example has a stay agreed with Court as it was stated that he has approached his MP but this
does not appear to be the case.
if you have any more information on any of the cases below that you may have been dealing with could you please fet
me know and I will get the cases updated
