Good save re the offender’s report. Please replace it with the transcript and rename Doc 016 as per your most recent
email.
I noticed that the “Summary of the information collated by Post Office” table has also been amended and the
“information not available for other reason” column had been reinstated. That colurnn is redundant due to the
“information not available-as-beyend+etention-peried” amendment we’ve been making te the table and it shouldn’t be
included in this or any other reports. Save for that (which ’ ve amended in the attached version of the report) I’m
comfortable with the other changes from a legal perspective.

This one was drafted way back in March & refers to the offenders report, which we’ve now been instructed not to use.
ve removed references to it in the report: Jonny can you confirm your happy with this? (Before converting to PDF, I’d
need to change the last reference to this so that numbers are running consecutively).

that would be played back to us by the Applicant at a later stage.
