Ihave attempted on numerous occasions to contact you by telephone and have left a message asking that you return my call. I have also not
received any reply to my letter dated 21 March 2012

As previously explained the solicitor you have been dealing with has explained that he has not been instructed to act on your behalf in

attending any tape recorded interview under caution.

Betore I re submit the fle for further advice which may or may not involve the assistance of the police in progressing this enquiry, I would like

to give you the opportunity to reply to my telephone calls or this letter in order that arranges may be made in arranging the interview.
