Ahead of our first past roles panel on Wednesday I attach the following.
1. Terms of Reference
2. Past roles Panel Roles and accountabilities
The Panel members will attend the whole meeting with either Jacki or Pam being called in to discuss individual cases
we need to review. At this first meeting there is one urgent case we will need to discuss and agree next steps for.
I have included the agenda in the invite but also include here.
