Past Roles Review Panel Roles and Accountabilities First Draft 30“ October 2023
Chairman- Simon Recaldin — role is to chair the panel and make a decision based on the evidence
presented to them with regards to the past roles of each individual case and how they relate to the
role that the colleague currently performs for the Post Office.
Director Lead-Diane Wills- role is to support the panel to make a decision based on the evidence
presented to them with regards to the past roles of each individual case and how they relate to the
role that the colleague currently performs for the Post Office.
Postmaster NED — Elliot Jacobs -to give postmasters view to panel
People Lead — Patrick Quinn — role is to support the panel to make a decision based on the evidence
presented to them with regards to the past roles of each individual case and how they relate to the
role that the colleague currently performs for the Post Office.
People Director — Julia Marwood - Role is to support the panel to clarify past roles as required,
support the decision of the committee and relevant line manager / business lead to execute next
steps..
Line Manager- Various — To present to the panel each individual case outlining the colleagues past
roles, the outcome of the one to one meetings with the colleagues and give a view of colleagues
current role and accountabilities undertaken within Post Office and whether they believe there is a
‘conflict of interest’...
