Dear Andrew,

I'd be delighted if my fellow director Ian Henderson could join us. We have
worked together on the Post Of fice/Horizon Investigation from the outset.

We'll be in Central Lobby before 2:25pm. Hopefully there won't be too many
tourists there on Monday.

Many thanks, Ron.

Andrew:

As mentioned earlier today, the terms of my firm's contract with Post Office
require me to seek Post Office's approval for any such meeting. May I take it
that the Minister is comfortable with my doing that? In that the proposed
meeting is only a few days away, I'll need to send my request tomorrow.

With thanks and regards,
