I attach a list of questions to which it would be helpful to have responses where possible to fill in gaps in our overall
understanding. It may be we will have further questions along the way as we draft our report.
We discussed the majority of these questions on Thursday and I have sought to provide answers based on our
discussions. Please review those answers to ensure I have understood you and Belinda correctly and there is
nothing important that I have missed. I have set out a few follow-up questions and these are underlined. I have also
highlighted spaces for the responses to questions I don’ t think we specifically covered and I should be grateful if you
could provide answers to those questions if possible.
