Alwen - I didn't have any particular views. The only one was to question what the risk of mediation (or other routes)
were in raising legal risks, i.e. if we go down the mediation route such that we start to make payouts, whats the risk
that this encourages either more cases or otherwise existing cases to.press for more compensation as the ex-gratia
payments are taken as a sign of admission legal responsibility / wrong doing.
