I attach a few more responses from the Board on the scope paper. This is just for information. You will see that we
have some NEDs who would like the scope of your work to be on the narrower point legal point about the extent of
our liability.
We can discuss when we meet later and the aim of sending you this is not to ask you to change course but you will
need to frame your advice in a way which clearly focuses on the legal risk as the top point. We may end up with a
paper in two parts with the second being the options available to us.
