Prosecuting Counsel Warwick Tatford has been discussing this case with
Defence Counsel Keith Hadrill, both of whom are resident at 9-12 Bell Yard.
What they have decided is to visit West Byflett SPOB premises and perhaps
someone can show them the Horizon system in operation which hopefully will
knock on the head this business about the Defence requiring so many years
worth of Horizon data.
Accordingly as soon as possible could you let me have some dates and times
when West Byfleet SPOB can be visited so that the Horizon system can be
demonstrated to both Counsel. I would suggest you give me half a dozen at
least dates and different times. I assume the West Byflett SPOB has to be open
for the Horizon system to work so evenings are probably not suitable.
