As you didn't ring me, I thought I'd send you my thoughts on your
report
(attached). I've explained on page 2 what I've done.
I'm concerned about the accusatory overall style, but perhaps
that is
due to the adversarial environment of the legal system. There is
also
some material that seems totally irrelevant to this case and a
number of
suppositions / hypotheses which do not appear to be justified and
seem
designed to plant doubts.
I'm happy to go through the comments with you next week and will
also
provide an update when I re-analyse the Transaction Corrections

I'd got to this point in the email when you rang! Hopefully the
attached reflects what we've gone through on the phone. I also
attach,
as agreed, the report I produced for Rinkfield, which describes the
analysis I did at the time on how Travellers cheques operate and
look
forward to receiving some spreadsheets from you next week to help
resolve our different views on the possible impact of Transaction
Corrections.
