Human impact focus groups

“Between February and May 2022 and as part of Phase 1 (‘Human Impact’), the Chair of the Inquiry, Sir Wyn Williams, heard oral evidence from more than 70 affected people in London, Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow and Belfast. To date, the Inquiry has gathered information from almost 200 affected Subpostmasters, including those who have participated in informal Focus Groups.”
